In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policies for our customers. Second Hand Rugs

All of our Second hand rugs are just that! They will have been washed by a local rug washing business. Turnout Rugs will have been washed with NikWax and will be as waterproof as a second hand rugs can be. They are not guaranteed to be as waterproof as a new rug! Every rug has been worn and therefore may have a small rip, snag or a replacement surcingle. Please check all rugs thoroughly before buying as they are non-returnable.

Exchanges and Refunds

You must return the item within 14 days of purchase and with its original receipt

Deliveries

All deliveries are posted with Royal Mail unless previously stated. We are at the mercy of Royal Mail and therefore cannot guarantee the timescale. 

Orders

Orders must be paid for upon point of ordering. Any order not collected within 14 days will be re-sold.
